Our story
For the past 15 years, I’ve been passionate about helping people move better, feel stronger, and take control of their health. I work closely with women over 50 who want to lose weight, build muscle, and stay active as they age. I also specialize in rehabilitative exercises for clients recovering from hip or knee replacements, helping them safely rebuild strength and mobility. My approach combines strength training, smart movement, and simple nutrition habits to support lasting results.

Our history
My passion for fitness began early with long-distance mountain running, where I developed a love for endurance, strength, and pushing my limits. Over time, that passion expanded into competitive activities like barrel racing and pole bending, which taught me discipline, balance, and athletic performance.
Later, I challenged myself in a new way by training for a bikini physique competition—an experience that took my understanding of strength training, nutrition, and body transformation to an entirely new level.
For the past 15 years, I’ve turned that lifelong passion into a career as a personal trainer, helping others build strength, improve mobility, and feel confident in their bodies. Today, my biggest inspirations are keeping up with my energetic two-year-old grandson and staying active enough to enjoy traveling throughout Europe. Fitness isn’t just something I teach—it’s a lifestyle that continues to motivate me every day.
